The role

As a Facilities Assistant at My Jewellery in 's-Hertogenbosch, you will work together with Team Facilities to ensure our colleagues can work in a pleasant and well-maintained environment every day. In this part-time position of 21 to 24 hours per week, you combine facilities support with hospitality. A versatile role in which you have a lot of contact with colleagues and contribute directly to their job satisfaction.

You are someone who loves to be there for others, has an eye for detail, and gets energy from a varied workday. You switch easily between different tasks and see for yourself where your help is needed. Together with Team Facilities, you ensure a welcoming atmosphere in which colleagues feel welcome. With your practical attitude and commitment, you make a difference every day!

What you'll do

You handle daily facilities tasks, such as opening buildings, checking meeting rooms, and keeping common areas tidy;
You replenish supplies, including coffee, milk, and other necessities, and maintain coffee machines and kettles;
You ensure a clean and well-maintained working environment, including refrigerators, Bistro equipment, and communal areas;
You support in the Bistro with preparing, baking, and topping sandwiches, making extra lunches, and preparing garnishes;
You help with setting up and clearing the lunch buffet, washing up, and keeping the Bistro clean;
You take on additional tasks when necessary, such as laundry, caring for flowers, and distributing fruit crates.
