Junior Facilities Assistant (m/f/x)

• A relevant background; it is a plus if you already have some experience in facility matters, logistics, or production work
• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills; you are a true team player
• Flexible in working hours and tasks; this position also includes working in the early morning and on weekends
• Proficiency in both English and Dutch. If you do not speak good Dutch, you are motivated to learn this quickly.
• You are proficient with commonly used computer programs such as Word, Excel, and email

Our Facility and Maintenance Team is the engine behind our new distribution center in Bleiswijk and ensures that production continues to run smoothly every day. In this role, together with your team, you are the primary point of contact for all facilities in and around the distribution center: from coordinating suppliers, coordinating and separating waste, to maintaining stock levels and ensuring the location functions as it should.

Your work directly supports our colleagues within production by providing them with a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment. Are you hands-on, proactive, and do you love variety in your day? Then this is your chance to make a visible and practical impact on our location.

• You supervise facility suppliers and ensure that services are delivered properly
• You register and handle reports in our facility management system (FMIS)
• You coordinate waste processing and grounds management
• Providing ice and snow control
• You maintain facility supplies throughout the entire building
• In collaboration with the technical service, you work on light technical tasks and repairs
• You manage workwear, including in coordination with the laundry and suppliers
• You perform various logistical and warehouse tasks
• You maintain administration and documentation accurately
