HR Advisor

• A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree in the direction of Human Resources Management;

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role, preferably within a production or operational environment;

• Experience in advising managers at tactical and operational levels;

• You make contact easily and are energetic, you are decisive and result-oriented, you always see opportunities and possibilities, and you think in terms of the collective interest;

• A proactive and independent working attitude, combined with strong collaborative skills.

HR Advisor

Our current HR Advisor is taking an exciting next step within the organization - and that is why we are looking for a new colleague! As an HR Advisor (24 hours), you will become the HR sparring partner for our managers within Plant in Kruiningen 1. A dynamic and responsible role in which you will receive a lot of freedom. As an HR Advisor, you will make a direct contribution to the growth of both our employees and our factory. You will deal with all facets of HR: from inflow to outflow and everything in between. Together with your HR colleagues, you will work on themes such as development, absenteeism, sustainable employability, and employer branding. In this way, you ensure that all colleagues get the best out of their work and can grow. You will be part of a close-knit HR team (2 HR advisors and 1 HR manager) in which we enjoy working together, sharing knowledge, and strengthening each other. Additionally, you will be supported in your activities by one recruiter who recruits for the plant and an HR support team for administrative tasks.

Your workday at Lamb Weston is dynamic and people-oriented - no two days are the same. One morning you might spar with a supervisor about the team's development plan, later you will sit with a candidate for an interview, and in the afternoon you will discuss the progress of a project, such as employer branding, with the HR Manager. You are visible, involved, and contribute directly to the job satisfaction of your colleagues.

Specifically, this means that you:

• are the first point of contact for our managers and colleagues regarding daily HR-related topics (such as the application of the CBA, legislation, absenteeism, interviews, and reporting);

• help managers, teams, and colleagues to further develop themselves, initiate improvements in the field of HR, and ensure that everything regarding inflow, internal movement, and outflow runs smoothly;

• work together with our recruiter to ensure a streamlined application process: the recruiter sources the candidates, you schedule and conduct the interviews on-site and handle the salary proposals;

• take the lead in the execution of various HR processes such as the annual development cycle and the employee satisfaction survey;

• collaborate with HR teams from other locations on projects that advance our organization.
