Pleasant living, working, and life. You make it possible for residents with visual and intellectual disabilities.
If your residents teach you one thing, it is that there is always more possible than you think. You bring that positive attitude to everything you do. That is precisely why you like to go the extra mile for these special people with visual and multiple disabilities.
As a Coordinating Supervisor, in addition to the daily care for the residents, you are responsible for, among other things, drafting support plans, coordinating daily care and guidance, and representing the interests of your residents towards the various parties involved. At the residences, you work closely with other fellow supervisors, the behavioral scientist, colleagues from day activities, medical disciplines, practitioners, parents/client representatives, and the team leader.
We currently have space at Brink 10, in the beautiful wooded location in Doorn, for a supervisor C (coordinating supervisor):
Brink 10 is a residence for eight aging residents, aged 49-74, with complex care needs, ranging from behavioral issues to medical vulnerability. The location is fully in development, with clear opportunities in the areas of quality, safety, and professional conduct. This makes it a challenging and valuable workplace for healthcare professionals who want to help build and innovate. Unique to Brink 10 is the integrated day activities, which provide residents with a structured and meaningful daily routine. This ensures peace and clarity, and offers you as an employee more variety in your work and the possibility to work longer shifts.
You are a stable personality who radiates calm and is a natural coach for colleagues. You maintain an overview easily, switch quickly between different situations, and have an eye for the care needs of residents. You know how to translate these needs well into appropriate guidance, care, and support.
Additionally, you see it as a beautiful challenge to work in a team that is fully in development. You dare to speak your mind, stand firmly in your shoes, and know how to contribute positively to collaboration and change. It is precisely in a dynamic environment that you feel in your element and help to further strengthen the team.
You have at least a completed MBO level 4 education within healthcare or social care and preferably experience in disability care.
An engaging job in which you acquire a lot of new knowledge and make a difference for a special target group.
A permanent contract of 28-36 hours per week immediately.
Salary appropriate to your experience. Based on the CAO Disability Care, this is a maximum of €4,347 gross per month (FWG 45) based on a 36-hour work week. You do NOT have to work night and/or sleep shifts.
Holiday allowance of 8%, an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and an attractive flexible benefits system, through which you benefit from tax advantages on the purchase of, among other things, a (lease) bike, sports subscriptions, outings, a museum annual pass, and gift vouchers.
Plenty of development and career growth opportunities and an online offering of supportive training from 'GoodHabitz'.
