Coordinating Supervisor in the Netherlands

As a coordinating supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating the care surrounding clients and you actively maintain contact with family, practitioners, SPVs, clinics, and other involved parties. Together with the client, as a

coordinating supervisor, you draw up support plans and ensure their structured implementation, evaluation, and reporting. You guide clients in increasing their self-reliance in various areas of life, such as daily skills, household tasks, and managing financial and material matters. If necessary, you also perform ADL activities. Additionally, as a coordinating supervisor, you contribute to a safe, stable, and pleasant living environment in which clients can develop optimally. Cooking and eating are done at the location together with clients. In this, you stimulate participation, autonomy, and a positive group atmosphere. You are also responsible for drafting client and daily reports and ensuring careful documentation of the support provided. In addition to your own caseload, you provide substantive support to fellow supervisors and actively contribute to monitoring and improving the quality of care. Within the self-managing team, you are given the space to think along about policy, team development, and areas of focus within the residential location.

From September 2026, the Lorentzweg location will be temporarily located in the old Tergooi hospital in Blaricum, because their own building is being renovated.

At our protected residential location on the Lorentzweg in Bussum, you will guide approximately 55 adult clients with psychiatric disorders together with a dedicated and diverse team. Everyone has their own room and ages range from 24 to 74 years - that ensures a lot of variety in your work. As a supervisor, you help clients get their lives back on track. We offer support in all sorts of areas: from day activities and work to social contacts and finances. The goal? Stability and room for development. Temporarily based in Blaricum
Lorentzweg is temporarily located in the former Tergooi hospital in Blaricum (this location is also easy to reach and is located next to the highway). Our own building is being fully and modernly renovated. As soon as the renovation is complete, we will return to our renewed location at Lorentzweg.

• At least a completed relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree;

• A salary between €3180,- and €4.273,- based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 45).

• Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be for an indefinite period.

The procedure consists of 2 interviews; the 1st interview is with the recruiter and the 2nd interview is on location with 1 or 2 colleagues and a client. If applicable, a shadowing moment and the employment conditions interview will follow. Upon employment, we request a VOG (certificate of good conduct).
