As a Junior Functional Application Administrator AFAS, you are the first point of contact for users of AFAS Profit, InSite, and the Pocket App. You help colleagues with their daily questions and simultaneously learn how systems, processes, and people are interconnected within Bosch.

• Supporting users with questions and incidents in AFAS.
• Analyzing problems and devising solutions
• Identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and processes.
• Collaborating with key users and colleagues from HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Creating and maintaining work instructions and documentation.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop into an AFAS expert.

We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys helping people, and wants to develop into a specialist. Experience is a plus, but your eagerness to learn, communication skills, and service-oriented attitude are at least as important to us.

• MBO+ work and thinking level.
• Approximately one year of experience with AFAS (for example, as a user or key user).
• A service-oriented and patient attitude: you help colleagues in a clear and friendly manner.
• The curiosity to truly want to understand processes.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch.
