Working as a flex-support worker at a residence and/or day activity location at Bartiméus is ideal in that case. Do you want to work flexibly as a support worker? Within Bartiméus, this can be done in two different ways:
Support worker 4-32 hours; As a flex-support worker with a contract of 4-32 hours, you will be linked to a cluster of residences with a similar target group and to a team manager. Once the schedule for the permanent staff is finalized, the open shifts will be shared with you. You then choose which shifts you want to work and ensure that you meet your contract hours. In this way, you largely determine when you work yourself and you know your schedule up to three months in advance.
Support worker 1-4 hours; Colleague sick? You can step in! As a flex-support worker with a small contract of 1-4 hours, you do not have a fixed schedule or a fixed number of shifts per week. In a WhatsApp group, you will be informed where ad hoc extra help is needed. You decide which shift you respond to and can assist at various residences.
We are always looking for the best match between your wishes and our offering. For instance, the age of the clients varies per residence and the care demand also differs per target group. You indicate yourself when you are available and, in consultation, much is possible.
