Functional Application Manager

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a relevant domain;
• Demonstrable experience in functional application administration;
• You are familiar with ITIL, BiSL and Agile working, preferably also certified;
• You are analytical and have an affinity for complex technical problems;
• You are able to plan your own work to achieve the agreed results;
• Professional command of the Dutch and English languages.

We therefore offer you with full-time employment:

• A permanent contract with a two-month probationary period, based on 40 hours per week.
• A salary in scale 7: €4211,- to €7447,- per month, in addition to 8% holiday allowance and also a 6% year-end bonus.
• A solid pension via ABP: we pay 70% of your premium.
• 43 vacation days per year.

As a Functional Application Administrator within the internal Infrastructure Management & Telecom department, you are the linking pin between the technical administrators and the users in the business. Business requirements are translated into technical aspects and must be aligned for all stakeholders; specifically for new applications, functional requirements must be drafted together with a business analysis.

You work at the heart of the energy transition because the workstations supported by the Operational Support Services team are directly connected to the most important applications for TenneT. For this role, you must know what is happening with the users and will therefore occasionally be on the road to one of our locations in the Netherlands, and where necessary, incidentally traveling within the EU.

Additionally:

In addition, you are responsible for up-to-date functional documentation, user manuals, and process descriptions. You support users in the effective use of applications, provide knowledge transfer to key users where necessary, and make an active contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and services. In this regard, you act as the connecting link between the user organization and the technical administration organization.
