Functional Administrator | Enterprise IT Services
Location: Almere | 32-40 hours p/w
As a Functional Administrator within the Enterprise IT Services team, you are responsible for the stability, availability, and optimal operation of our enterprise software solutions.
MSPS-IT is a new, centrally organized department that provides IT guidelines, standards, and services for the entire MSPS Group. From this role, you will help build a professional and future-proof IT landscape.
You ensure that our applications align with user needs, perform well, and function securely. You monitor systems, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements. In the event of disruptions, you are the first point of contact and, together with suppliers and colleagues, ensure structural solutions.
Additionally, you supervise updates and releases, monitor compliance, and ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled manner with minimal impact on the organization.
With your work, you support colleagues within all MSPS entities, so that they can focus fully on their core task: providing good care.
Managing and optimizing enterprise software
Monitoring performance and usage
Configuring and aligning applications with business processes
Coordinating updates, releases, and lifecycle management
Testing and validating changes
Supporting users and handling incidents
Monitoring SLAs and quality standards

An assessment or practical assignment may be part of the procedure. For this position, a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
