Functional Application Administrator (SAP, SD)

You already have several years of experience with SAP and functional application management and can work independently on issues within SAP SD.

Additionally:

• you have a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking;
• you have approximately 3 years (or more) of relevant work experience;
• you have good knowledge of SAP SD and the order-to-cash process;
• you understand the connection with, for example, MM and FI;
• you have experience with IDocs, interfaces, error logs, and jobs;
• you are analytical, proactive, and enjoy working together with various colleagues and suppliers.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and can also manage well in English.

Experience with SAP ECC Retail, retail processes, or omnichannel is a plus. Additionally, if you can read a bit of ABAP or have experience with debugging, that is also great, but programming yourself is not required for this position.

• A salary of 4,000 to 4,750 (based on 37 hours) depending on knowledge and experience:

As a Functional Application Administrator SAP SD, you will ensure that our sales and order processes continue to run smoothly. You are the link between our users, IT colleagues, and external suppliers.

The focus lies on the order-to-cash process within SAP: from sales order and pricing to delivery, invoicing, returns, and relevant master data. In doing so, you will work together with colleagues from, among others, Sales, E-commerce, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• managing and optimizing processes within SAP SD;
• analyzing and resolving incidents and recurring problems;
• investigating document flows, error messages, logs, IDocs, interfaces, and jobs;
• translating user wishes and process improvements into clear requirements, functional designs, and concrete change proposals.
• setting up and maintaining SAP SD customizing within the agreed responsibilities and change processes.
• testing changes and guiding user acceptance testing;
• monitoring connections between SAP and other systems and coordinating with external suppliers.

You do not need to be a developer. However, we find it important that you are technical enough to conduct your own research, establish connections, and be a good interlocutor for developers and suppliers.
