Functional AFAS ERP Application Administrator

You ensure that our AFAS environment grows alongside Movares' ambitions in a stable, smart, and future-proof manner.

• You continuously optimize AFAS, so that our users can continue to use the application without issues.

• You translate complex (business) issues into concrete, supported solutions.

• You are the AFAS expert that colleagues and (management) partners trust blindly.

As a Functional AFAS ERP Application Administrator, you are responsible for the functional management, maintenance, and further development of our AFAS environment. You work on the AFAS modules CRM, Projects, Hours, and Finance and dive into complex analyses and accounting issues. You guide key users, safeguard workflows, and monitor information provision, such as reports, analyses, work instructions, and process descriptions. You also coordinate change requests from intake to production.

You maintain an overview, set priorities effortlessly, and switch smoothly between departments. You analyze sharply, think in solutions, and know how to convey your advice convincingly. You have a proactive attitude, communicative strength, and an affinity with IT, which allows you to act as a natural connector between users, processes, and technology.

You also bring:

• a relevant, completed HBO (higher professional education) degree (preferably in the direction of business administration) with HBO work and thinking level;

• at least five years of work experience as a senior AFAS functional application administrator and knowledge of management processes such as BiSL;

• experience with AFAS ERP and its functionality, configuration, and processes.
