At Antea Group, we are building the engineering consultancy of the future. This means that in the coming years, we are fully committed to the digitalization of our products, processes, and services. You will make an important contribution to this. As a Product Owner, you—together with the Product Manager—are the owner of (multiple) existing or yet-to-be-developed applications. You are technically responsible for the development of these applications. This means you translate the wishes, requirements, and questions of (internal) customers into technical IT solutions that our development team can work with. You translate abstract ideas into concrete and distinctive products; you brainstorm solutions with the development team and guide their development. You prioritize the Product Backlog, monitor progress, and provide feedback on the work delivered.

• Working and pioneering in an organization that is rapidly developing in the field of software and digitalization;

• Managing your own schedule and having control over the products you are handling;

• Working together with programmers and developers on innovative products and applications;

• Analyzing customer questions and translating them into concrete solutions, which are preferably generically applicable;

• Creating demos, webinars, and presentations to inform colleagues and customers.

You will collaborate and brainstorm extensively with your colleagues from our developers' community. An entrepreneurial and driven team that shapes our ambitious digital strategic goals. Additionally, you will work closely with our domain experts: advisors and project leaders from various business lines.

• A completed HBO or WO degree in computer science is preferred;

• You work in a structured, accurate manner and do not like half-finished work;

• Good communication and writing skills;

• The talent to analyze a customer question and translate it into a concrete solution;

• A pragmatic way of working: experience with Scrum and Agile;

• PSPO I certification.
