What will you do as an Environmental Implementation Supervisor at Antea Group?

From liquid-tight paving at gas stations to complex soil projects for industrial clients: you ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Thanks to your approach, locations become safer, more sustainable, and ready for the future. As a supervisor, you are the hub between clients, project managers, work planners, subcontractors, and skilled tradespeople. You are present on project sites daily and ensure that work proceeds smoothly. You ensure that projects are not only delivered according to agreement, but that everyone can work safely and with enjoyment. Your duties include, among others:

• Supervising projects in the field of soil remediation, soil protection, and civil engineering;

• Overseeing safety, quality, planning, and environmental aspects;

• Managing subcontractors and suppliers;

• Checking materials and deliveries on site;

• Monitoring project costs, revenues, and extra or reduced work;

• Maintaining contact with clients and other involved parties;

• Identifying bottlenecks and actively proposing solutions.

It is precisely the combination of technology, execution, and responsibility that makes this position so versatile. No two days are the same. You work on diverse environmental and civil engineering projects, such as

• The construction and repair of liquid-tight paving (e.g., at service stations);

• Projects at waste processors and recycling centers;

• Work for industrial and chemical companies;

• Soil remediations and redevelopment projects;

• The construction of an EV charging station;

• Civil engineering work within infrastructure and public space.

• A salary between € 3,500 and € 5,500 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience);

You are a natural leader who maintains an overview, thinks ahead, and knows how to get people on board. In addition, you possess:

• A completed MBO or HBO education in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, GWW (Earthworks, Waterworks, and Roadworks), or similar;

• Experience as a supervisor, assistant supervisor, or work planner within civil engineering, infra, soil remediation, or environmental technology;

• Organizational talent and strong planning insight;

• Good communication skills;

• A great sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and planning;

• A practical attitude and solution-oriented mentality;

• Driver's license B.
