Tender Coordinator

Deadlines are approaching, colleagues still need to provide input, risks must be identified in a timely manner, and multiple tenders are running simultaneously. Where others primarily see busyness, you, as a Tender Coordinator, bring structure.

As a Tender Coordinator, you are the pivot in the procurement process within the Realization business line. No two days are the same. One moment you are coordinating with technical experts regarding an ongoing tender, the next you are checking documents for completeness or monitoring a tight deadline. You ensure that all information is available on time, monitor the schedule, and keep a sharp eye on where risks lie. You do not write the tender texts yourself, but you ensure that the right people provide their contribution at the right time. You are the one who maintains an overview, asks follow-up questions, thinks along critically, and ensures that no deadline is missed. Specifically, your activities consist of:

• Monitoring schedules, deadlines, action items, and decision-making;

• Analyzing tender documents and identifying requirements, liabilities, and potential risks;

• Retrieving, collecting, and structuring information from various disciplines;

• Collaborating with colleagues from, among others, estimation, execution, and management;

• Monitoring process agreements and ensuring that all stakeholders provide their contribution in a timely manner;

• Critically assessing provided information for completeness, quality, and consistency;

• Supporting the preparation of quotes, and editing plans and tender documents;

• Handling administrative tasks related to tenders and procurements.

In addition to your role as tender coordinator, you will also undertake various secretarial tasks to support our colleagues in Realization. Someone who maintains an overview, takes initiative, and enjoys providing peace of mind. Someone who gets energy from arranging, organizing, and switching between diverse tasks.

You are the one who ensures that everything comes together.  You are curious, stress-resistant, ask critical questions, and love to bring structure to complex processes. Colleagues value you because you maintain an overview, monitor agreements, and remain calm even under time pressure. Additionally, you possess:

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Legal knowledge is a plus;

• Experience with project coordination, tenders, or process management is an advantage;

• The ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously;

• A critical eye and the courage to ask follow-up questions;

• You are available 32-40 hours per week (including on Fridays).
