Product Owner Q-Bridge / WebOrder

• You have HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably in business administration, computer science, commercial economics, or similar.

• Education or certification in the field of Product Ownership, Agile/Scrum, or product management, such as PSPO, is a plus.

• You have experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role within a software environment.

• You have experience in determining and monitoring a product vision, roadmap, and priorities.

• You have sufficient technical affinity to be able to spar effectively on content with development.

• You are strong in connecting different disciplines and switch easily with development, support, operations, sales, and customers.

• You are analytical and pragmatic, and you know how to reduce complex issues to clear choices and priorities.

• You have an eye for both the customer interest and the commercial and financial health of a product.

• You know how to build up, secure, and make product knowledge accessible within an organization.

• Experience with AI or a strong interest in its possibilities to organize product knowledge and support more intelligently is a plus.

• A salary between €5750,- to € 7250,- gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and background.

Are you a Product Owner who gets energy from further developing and future-proofing a software product? For Q-Bridge / WebOrder, we are looking for someone to take charge of the continuity, modernization, and growth of the platform. You will not only monitor the daily performance of the product but also determine the course for the future.

You will work closely with development, support, operations, and sales, acting as the connecting link between customer, product, and technology. With your vision, you will provide direction to product development and ensure that Q-Bridge / WebOrder continues to align with the needs of both existing and new target groups. A versatile role for someone who dares to take ownership, can think strategically, and enjoys achieving visible results in a product used by customers daily.

In this role, you look not only at what is needed today, but especially at where Q-Bridge/WebOrder needs to go. You will first bring calm, structure, and continuity, to subsequently build purposefully toward a future-proof product.

In the long term, you will work towards a future-proof, scalable, and profitable Q-Bridge/WebOrder, with an ever-increasing degree of automated and intelligent product support.

• You determine and monitor the product vision and roadmap of Q-Bridge/WebOrder and provide direction to the further modernization of the product.

• You prioritize product development together with development and monitor the continuity, quality, and stability of the application.

• You ensure that contractual agreements, laws and regulations, and compliance requirements are in order and steer towards a financially healthy and profitable product.

• You monitor the balance between customer wishes, customization, and product standardization and translate feedback from important customers and market developments into concrete product choices.

• You work together with Sales on commercial opportunities and product propositions. Sales remains responsible for sales and commercial results.

• You ensure that product knowledge is built up, secured, and made accessible within the organization.

• You optimize the support surrounding the product by structuring support requests, bugs, and customer wishes and translating recurring issues into structural product improvements.

• You utilize AI to further automate product support, including by developing a Domain AI Assistant and feeding it with up-to-date product knowledge.

• You work together with development on the further modernization of Q-Bridge/WebOrder and the alignment with the NextGen architecture.

Heemstede | 32-40 hours per week

In the short term, the focus is on:

• Securing the continuity, stability, and quality of the product.

• Getting contractual and legal agreements in order.

• Securing product knowledge and development capability within the organization.

• Structuring product support and, where possible, automating with AI.

• Improving the financial health and profitability of the product.

• Implementing clear product priorities and focus.

In the medium term, the focus shifts to:

• Modernizing Q-Bridge/WebOrder and preparing it for the future.

• Determining the future product model, the product vision, and roadmap.

• Making the product suitable for new target groups and changing customer needs.

• Further automating product support and developing the Domain AI Assistant.

• Where relevant, the phased alignment of functionalities with the NextGen architecture.

• A dynamic working environment with short communication lines and an informal culture.
