For our projects in the field of cable and pipeline infrastructure, we are looking for a practical and independent land engineering field worker. You will regularly travel to agricultural rural areas to map the soil structure, groundwater management, and agricultural situation of plots. Depending on your experience, you will go out either with a colleague or independently. You will perform hand borings and land engineering soil investigations, describe soil profiles, and record your observations digitally. In doing so, you will keep an eye on drainage, crops, agricultural peculiarities, and visible damage to agricultural lands.
You do not need to be an expert yet. You will learn the trade in practice from experienced colleagues. You will develop increasing knowledge of, among other things, soil maps, groundwater levels, StiBoKa, soil fractions, permeability, crops, drainage, and crop damage. This allows you to grow step by step into an independent land engineering field worker. Your fieldwork forms the basis for our further reports and advice. Therefore, you work carefully and communicate your findings well to your colleagues.

You will join the Environment & Energy department. Here, you will work together with an expert team of land engineering field workers, soil experts, and advisors. Together, you will work on diverse projects related to cable and pipeline infrastructure. Additionally, you will have short lines of communication with colleagues who process your field data and translate it into soil maps, land engineering reports, and advice. This way, you will see directly how your work outdoors contributes to the final advice given to the client.
Do you not meet all the requirements but already have experience in, for example, agriculture, earthmoving, greenery management, or regular soil investigation? Even then, we cordially invite you to apply!
