As an individual healthcare provider at Amarosa, you find it important that the residents have a pleasant day. Together with the resident, you look at which support fits best; attention to well-being and attention to care go hand in hand. Enjoying small and large things together. That is our goal.

Residents have their own apartment, and there are living rooms or a communal space where residents can meet each other and spend their day. Thanks to the small-scale setting, you get to know the residents well and, like no one else, you know what makes each resident happy and what care and support is needed. You guide our residents according to their personal care plan and encourage them to function independently for as long as possible. You also draw up care plans yourself, hold conversations with family members and informal caregivers, and identify and report any changes in the residents.

Amarosa Willibrord is a nursing home in the center of Wassenaar for people with dementia or a somatic indication. Amarosa Willibrord consists of three small-scale residential locations. Per department, 6 to 7 residents live, each with their own apartment and a shared living room.
