Community Nurse (Verzorgende IG) - Flexpool

As a Community Nurse (Verzorgende IG), you will work independently in the community. You will visit clients at home and help them to live as independently as possible. You provide support with daily care, administer medication, and perform nursing technical procedures for which you are authorized and competent.

You notice changes, take action when necessary, and naturally also make time for attention and a chat.

Do you work as a Care Assistant Plus (Helpende Plus)? Even then, you can join our flexpool in the community to work on care tasks that match your qualifications.

In the flexpool, you have a lot of freedom:

• You choose your own shifts via the schedule;

• You work in different neighborhoods and teams;

• You have a lot of variety in clients and routes;

• You can count on clear planning and support.

You work in community nursing for Stichting Humanitas in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. You start your shift from home and head out independently to your clients. You work independently, but you are not alone: there is always a team you can rely on.

You are independent, reliable, and enjoy visiting different clients at home. You see what someone needs and take responsibility for the care you provide.

Sometimes good care requires looking at things just a little differently. Are you someone who bends the rules and sometimes colors outside the lines? Then you are a good fit for Humanitas.

Furthermore:

• Do you have a diploma as a Community Nurse (Verzorgende IG);

• Are you authorized and competent in medication and nursing technical procedures;

• Are you flexibly deployable for different shifts and neighborhoods;

• Can you work independently and do you honor agreements.

Do you not have a diploma as a Community Nurse (Verzorgende IG), but do have a diploma in Care & Welfare (Helpende Zorg & Welzijn) supplemented with medication certification (Helpende Plus)? Then we also cordially invite you to apply.

• A contract of 0-24 hours per week, matching what you want to work;

• As a Community Nurse (Verzorgende IG), a salary according to CAO VVT, FWG 35: € 17.48 to € 22.96 gross per hour;

• As a Care Assistant Plus (Helpende Plus), a salary according to CAO VVT, FWG 25: € 16.61 to € 20.66 gross per hour;

• 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus;

• Option to have extra hours worked paid out OR save them for extra time off;

• Pension accrual via PFZW;

• Opportunities to follow trainings and educations.
