The role

For our Fiber department in Harderwijk, we are looking for a Site Supervisor. You will coordinate the daily execution of civil works in the construction of the network for our client. Are you looking for a position with responsibility to bring projects to a correct completion?

What you'll do

As a Site Supervisor at Fiber, you are the first point of contact for clients and municipalities in Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, and Overijssel. You ensure that agreements are met and are not afraid to hold responsible parties or persons accountable. You monitor capacity planning, project progress, and above all, quality. You discuss additional and reduced work with contractors, supervise the activities resulting from this, and communicate this with the project leader. In this position, you will naturally be on the road a lot.
To perform this position well, you have demonstrable experience as a site manager/supervisor/foreman. You have excellent coordinating and communicative skills. You have great problem-solving abilities and you are result-oriented; you do not lose sight of the quality of the work and the results.

What do you bring?

You have an MBO+ working and thinking level.
You possess a Driver's License B and a VCA VOL certificate.
You are familiar with fiber optic splicing or civil works or infrastructure.
You can manage based on quality and delivery.
You can build and maintain good relationships with clients and subcontractors.
You are communicatively skilled
