• A salary between € 3,391 and € 4,264 according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek. Full-time work at Allinq is 40 hours; the salary is based on 38 hours due to the accrual of ADV.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment.

As a Reconstruction Work Preparer, you lay the foundation for the successful execution of our reconstruction projects in the telecom sector. You maintain an overview when schedules change, connect different parties, and ensure that everything is ready on time. A versatile role for someone who loves to organize, coordinate, and think ahead.

As a Reconstruction Work Preparer, you ensure that reconstruction projects are well-prepared before execution. You are the connecting link between, among others, project management, engineering, execution, subcontractors, and government authorities. You maintain an overview of the preparation and ensure that necessary information, materials, and drawings are available.

In addition, you handle excavation and KLIC notifications, gain insight into the required traffic measures, and ensure proper administration. Together with engineering, you ensure that designs and drawings are ready on time. After execution, you both take care of the as-built revisions and the handover of the project.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handling excavation notifications in WOW and KLIC notifications, including the processing of Eisen Voorzorg.

• Making necessary traffic measures transparent and supporting the application process.

• Coordinating the material flow and maintaining contact with subcontractors.

• Aligning with engineering regarding designs, drawings, revisions, and project handover.

• Correctly and completely recording project data, so that reports are reliable.

You easily maintain an overview and know how to bring different activities and involved parties together. Additionally:

• You have an MBO level of working and thinking.

• You have some experience with the aforementioned work preparation activities.

• You are communicatively skilled and stand firm in your shoes.

• You work in a structured manner and can distinguish well between main and secondary matters.

• You can work both independently and in a team and are strong in coordinating.
