You take the lead in coordinating and leading all EHS activities and ensure that safety always comes before production.

You guarantee compliance with laws and regulations and Arla standards, guide audits with sharpness and ownership, and translate risks into concrete, understandable actions on the shop floor.

By training, coaching, and challenging employees, you stimulate a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. You are visibly present on the shop floor, engage in conversations about safe working, and act as a trusted and critical EHS expert for both management and teams.

At Arla, we attach great value to collaboration and job satisfaction.

  • Stimulating continuous improvement within EHS and contributing to digital transformation.
  • Analyzing and investigating incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implementing preventive measures (such as machine safety, ergonomics, ATEX, working with chemicals, etc.).
  • Supporting the BHV (Emergency Response) organization as the organizational Head of BHV and acting as a prevention officer.

What do we ask of you?
