Senior Reconstruction Supervisor

• Mbo+ work and thinking level.

• Experience as a supervisor, site manager, or inspector within telecommunications or underground infrastructure.

• Knowledge of fiber optic, coax, and civil engineering works.

• In possession of a Category B driver's license and VCA VOL.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• A salary between € 3,391 and € 4,740 gross per month according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek. Full-time work at Allinq is 40 hours per week. The salary is based on a 38-hour work week due to the accrual of ADV.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment.

• 8% holiday allowance.

• Travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer.

As Senior Reconstruction Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management of reconstruction projects within existing telecommunications networks. You monitor the progress, quality, and safety of the work and ensure that all parties involved collaborate effectively. A challenging role for an experienced professional who enjoys taking charge and successfully completing projects.

As Senior Reconstruction Supervisor, you are the connecting link between clients, subcontractors, municipalities, and internal project teams. You ensure that reconstruction work on coax and fiber optic networks is carried out according to schedule and quality requirements.

You are regularly present at project locations to monitor execution, identify bottlenecks in a timely manner, and adjust course where necessary. Additionally, you monitor capacity planning, discuss extra and reduced work, and coordinate this with the project leader. Due to your experience, you know how to switch quickly between different interests and always keep an eye on the final result.

• Coordinating reconstruction work within coax and fiber optic networks.

• Monitoring the planning, quality, safety, and progress of projects.

• Managing subcontractors and maintaining contacts with municipalities and clients.

• Assessing and coordinating extra and reduced work with the parties involved.

• Identifying bottlenecks and realizing appropriate solutions during execution.

Within HFC Reconstructions, you work together with engineers, project leaders, work preparers, and executing partners on various reconstruction projects. The department is responsible for adjusting, relocating, and renewing existing telecommunications infrastructure. Collaboration, quality, and ownership are central to successfully delivering projects.

You are an experienced supervisor who maintains an overview, switches easily between different stakeholders, and holds quality in high regard.
