An employer you can build on! Our employees determine the success of Allinq. Together we have to get the job done, and our way of working is therefore decisive. We have a special culture in which we offer you opportunities to keep growing. The challenge of staying in motion continuously. Great colleagues who are happy to help you along. And a working environment in which we encourage you to come forward with ideas for improvement!
As a Telecom Process Analyst, you ensure that our order flow runs smoothly and that agreements within the chain are met. You combine analysis with process management and switch daily between technology, planning, and chain partners. A dynamic role for someone who maintains an overview, takes initiative, and continuously seeks improvement.
As a Telecom Process Analyst within Management & Assurance, you maintain control over the progress of our order flow. Via the dashboard, you monitor orders, safeguard lead times, and signal where adjustment is needed. You ensure that orders flow correctly through IFS, Bouwportaal, and Mendix and take direct action when you discover bottlenecks.
You will also be the fixed point of contact for subcontractors and represent Allinq towards KPN and Vodafone. You monitor KPIs, check the quality delivered, and contribute ideas on technical issues. You also analyze warranty requests and IT tickets. In doing so, you look beyond the individual problem: is it an incident, or is there a structural process that could be improved?
Your main tasks are:
Managing the dashboard and monitoring the progress and lead times of orders.
Signaling and analyzing bottlenecks and adjusting directly where necessary.
Monitoring KPIs, agreements, and quality within the chain.
Analyzing warranty claims and IT tickets and signaling structural opportunities for improvement.
Maintaining professional relationships with subcontractors and clients.
You are self-assured, work accurately, and know how to maintain an overview and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
At least MBO 4 working and thinking level.
Demonstrable experience in a coordinating role.
Analytical ability and interest in systems and the technical context of tickets.
Strong communication skills to maintain business relationships, set frameworks, and monitor agreements.
A result-oriented and proactive attitude, whereby you work meticulously and take initiative.
Thoroughness is important to us. A (limited) screening will therefore be part of the selection procedure. Should you want to know more about this, please contact the recruiter managing this vacancy.
