New Construction Site Manager

• Mbo+ work and thinking level.

• Experience as a site manager, supervisor, inspector, or in a similar role within telecom or underground infrastructure.

• Experience with fiber optic, coax, and civil installation works.

• In possession of a B driver's license and a VCA VOL certificate.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage quality and delivery.

• A salary between € 3,391 and € 4,740 gross per month according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek. Full-time work at Allinq is 40 hours per week. The salary is based on a 38-hour work week due to the accrual of ADV (reduction of working hours).

As a VodafoneZiggo New Build Site Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of civil engineering works within new build projects. You are often on the road, maintain an overview of multiple activities simultaneously, and ensure that projects are realized safely, efficiently, and according to plan. A dynamic role with a lot of responsibility and room to make independent decisions.

As a VodafoneZiggo New Build Site Manager, you are the point of contact for subcontractors, clients, and municipalities. You monitor project progress, manage quality and safety, and ensure that agreements made are met.

You are regularly present on project sites to inspect the work and direct parties where needed. In doing so, you maintain an overview of capacity planning and identify bottlenecks in good time. You also discuss variations (additional and reduced work) with contractors and align on these with the project manager.

No two days are the same. One day you are on location to monitor progress, the next day you are consulting with stakeholders about planning, quality, or execution issues. Thanks to your coordinating ability, projects stay on course and network connections are realized in a timely manner.
