Financial Administrative Assistant

You are someone with HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking. Additionally, you have a positively critical attitude and find it a challenge to support our business in an active manner. Naturally, you work extremely meticulously, and you are accurate, involved, and helpful.

Other job requirements:

· Strong communicator and customer-oriented - both internally and externally.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

· Analytical and precise in your work

· You are available for preferably 32/40 hours

· Identifying and implementing process improvements.

· Experience with financial-administrative tasks (Invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, bookings, controls).

As a financial administrative assistant, you are responsible, among other things, for the financial processing of projects and orders. The activities consist mainly of assessing submitted production, creating quotes, and monitoring financial overviews. You approve and assess submitted financial requests; you assess these based on photos and sketches of the civil works performed in coordination with your colleagues in the field. The financial settlement is directed both towards our subcontractors and towards our client. In addition to the financial administration, you also take on other administrative tasks. You work within a dynamic and diverse work environment in which you have room for your own initiative.

· Affinity with telecom infrastructure projects is a plus.
