Civil Engineering Site Manager

• A completed MBO-4 education or higher in civil engineering, or equivalent;

• A driving license B (E is a plus);

• A positive work mentality, an eye for your employees, working safely is your first priority.

• You communicate easily with all parties involved (for example, clients, subcontractors, local residents, and suppliers);

• An attractive salary appropriate to your knowledge and experience; Salary from € 4,000.- to € 6,000.- gross per 4 weeks (€ 4,300.- to € 6,500.- gross per month) based on full-time employment);

• 43 days off according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the construction and maintenance of roads, sewers, and earthworks. You provide daily leadership to skilled tradespeople and subcontractors at your project site, while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, safety, and progress. Within Ballast Nedam Infra Regionaal, we have in-house disciplines such as Earthmoving, Asphalt, Landscaping, Conductor Rail, Road Marking, and Mastic Asphalt. This broad expertise makes our projects versatile and your work varied. We focus on beautiful, regional projects where you, as the site manager, are the pivot in the successful execution of the entire process. Quick decision-making, clear communication, and decisive action are indispensable skills to bring our projects to an excellent result.

• You draw up the work schedule from which you manage the daily activities;

• You provide leadership to the skilled tradespeople and subcontractors on your projects;

• You motivate your people and create a positive working atmosphere;

• You monitor the safety of the working environment;
