Site Manager Water & Transport Pipelines

• Do you have more than 2 years of work experience as a site manager or assistant site manager in water pipeline technology; 
• Do you possess a CKB-recognized qualification for water execution, or are you willing to follow one; 
• Do you possess a B driving license and are you willing to follow relevant courses. 

• Do you have knowledge of developments in the field of UAV-GC and RAW; 

• A good salary between € 4300,- and € 6000,- per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.
• A generous choice budget on top of your salary, including holiday allowance. You choose: extra days off (up to 13 extra) or extra income.
• A good pension scheme with employer contribution at bpf bouw.

We are busy with new pipeline projects! We have projects all over the country, from the installation of process water pipelines, drinking water transport pipelines, wastewater transport pipelines to the construction of pumping stations. We do this together with a close-knit team. We work well together and we have our own equipment. To remain successful by delivering our projects with high quality, we need your help! Do you know everything about pipelines or would you like to learn more about them? And do you like to take the lead? Then join our permanent team as a Water Site Manager!  

As a Water Site Manager, you have your feet firmly in the construction pit, where you are responsible for the outdoor management on the project. In addition, you work closely with the work planner and the project manager. You organize people, equipment, and materials as efficiently as possible and you check and monitor processed quantities. You know better than anyone how to motivate your colleagues to execute the project according to the contract and within the established schedule and work budget. Safety and quality are paramount here! Additionally, you handle the administration, you signal contract changes, and you prepare extra and less work reports. You are also involved in project control and risk management. 

Furthermore, you maintain contact with the client and actively participate in construction meetings. This ensures you are well informed about developments within the team and the wishes of the client. Your work area is the North and Central Netherlands region.
