New Construction Project Coordinator

• Mbo level of work and thought.

• Experience with planning, work preparation, and/or administrative support, preferably within underground infrastructure.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• A structured and proactive way of working, in which you maintain an overview and can monitor KPIs.

• A salary between €3,002 and €4,264 gross per month according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek. Full-time work at Allinq is 40 hours per week; the salary is based on 38 hours due to the accrual of ADV.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment.

• 8% holiday allowance.

• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.

As New Construction Project Coordinator, you bring together planning, work preparation, and project support. You maintain an overview, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure that all parties involved take action at the right time. A broad role in which organizing, coordinating, and thinking ahead are central.

As New Construction Project Coordinator, you are the pivot between project managers, engineers, supervisors, builders, property developers, and government authorities. You monitor the progress and KPIs of new construction projects and ensure that work on fiber-optic and coax networks is well prepared.

You keep various information systems and data sources up to date and coordinate the activities surrounding coax and fiber optics. You also manage the timely delivery, placement, and handover of connection and distribution cabinets. With engineering, you coordinate to ensure that designs and drawings are ready for execution. Upon completion, you ensure revisions and a proper project handover.

Your main responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating fiber-optic and coax activities for new construction projects.

• Keeping schedules up to date, monitoring KPIs, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

• Executing excavation notifications in WOW and Klic notifications, including handling EV (precautionary requirement).

• Coordinating the delivery, placement, and handover of connection and distribution cabinets with suppliers and contractors.

• Supporting requests and customer contact and ensuring correct administration, revision, and project handover.
