Construction & Real Estate Site Manager

• The salary for this position is between € 5,005.- and € 6,256.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience

• Indefinite period contract and approx. 43 leave days (of which 13 can be used flexibly or paid out)

This will be your job
On the construction site, you lead the team. You ensure that safety, planning, and quality are in order. You maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors and coordinate daily with work preparation and project management.

Depending on the project, you will be involved in:

• Leading your own team and subcontractors

• Monitoring planning, safety, and quality

• Coordinating daily activities on the construction site

• Identifying and solving bottlenecks

• Working with digital tools

Your way. You get a lot of freedom in how you organize your work, as long as the construction keeps moving. You determine what works. And: you are never alone. You can always brainstorm with colleagues, from work preparation to project management.

• An MBO or HBO diploma in civil engineering (or similar) 

• Several years of experience as an independent site manager in new construction or renovation projects 

• Leadership, overview, and a sharp eye for safety 

• Clear communication with colleagues and partners on the construction site 

• Ambition to grow and continue to develop yourself
