As an Infrastructure Asset and Project Manager, you operate at the intersection of technology, data, management, and investment. You are responsible for future-proofing a business-critical telecom and network infrastructure and translating strategic issues into concrete projects and asset plans. This role is suited for professionals who enjoy taking ownership in a complex and dynamic environment.
As an Infrastructure Asset and Project Manager, you combine project management with asset management. You develop maintenance and replacement strategies, prepare investment proposals, and ensure that projects are successfully realized within scope, schedule, and budget.
You work daily with customers, technical specialists, suppliers, and other stakeholders. In doing so, you use data, asset information, and life cycle analyses to make informed decisions for the short and long term. One day you are working on a multi-year investment plan, the next day you are managing a multidisciplinary project or discussing risks and management strategies with the customer.
Your core tasks are:
Leading multidisciplinary projects including planning, budget monitoring, risk management, tendering, and contract management.
Preparing and managing asset plans, maintenance concepts, and replacement and preservation programs.
Developing life cycle management scenarios and preparing investment proposals based on Total Cost of Ownership.
Translating asset data from registration systems, GIS environments, and maintenance management systems into management information and dashboards.
Advising customers and substantiating asset management, advisory, and LCM activities within contractual agreements.
For this position, we are looking for an experienced professional who knows how to connect technology, data, and business interests.
Thoroughness is important to us. A screening will therefore be part of the selection procedure. Should you wish to know more about this, please contact the recruiter managing this vacancy.
