The role

As New Construction Project Coordinator, you ensure that preparation, planning, and project support align perfectly. You act as a link between various parties, maintain control over progress, and take action as soon as you spot a bottleneck. This gives you a broad role in which organizing and forward-thinking come together.

What you'll do

Within new construction projects, you ensure that work on fiber-optic and coax networks can be prepared and executed at the right time. As New Construction Project Coordinator, you form the connecting link between, among others, project managers, engineers, contractors, builders, property developers, and government authorities.

You keep a sharp eye on schedules and KPIs and ensure that information in various systems and data sources stays up to date. For the work involving coax and fiber optic, you carry out tasks including entering excavation notifications in WOW and Klic notifications, and you handle EV (precautionary requirement) requests.

In addition, you coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery, installation, and handover of connection and distribution cabinets. You align with engineering on when designs and drawings need to be ready. Once a project is completed, you make sure that revisions and the handover are properly processed administratively.

Your main responsibilities are

  • Coordinating and planning work on fiber-optic and coax networks within new construction projects.

  • Monitoring project schedules and KPIs and identifying and resolving bottlenecks in a timely manner.

  • Handling excavation notifications in WOW and Klic notifications, including the processing of EV (precautionary requirement).

  • Coordinating the delivery, installation, and handover of connection and distribution cabinets with suppliers and contractors.

  • Supporting applications and customer contact and managing administration, revisions, and project handover.

What you bring

In this position, it is important that you can maintain an overview, show initiative, and effectively connect different tasks and parties.
