This position offers much more than just coordination.

You will learn:

  • the world of Safety
  • the world of Security
  • project organization
  • service processes
  • customer management
  • technical systems

Bosch likes to invest in people who want to develop, so growing into another position is very much possible.

  • Market-conforming salary appropriate to your experience

  • Strong pension scheme (PMT)

  • Plenty of room for education, training, and certification
  • Opportunity to develop within multiple safety domains
  • Professional colleagues with extensive technical knowledge
  • A stable international organization with a long-term vision

Why you want this.

Because you:

  • you find technology interesting
  • you like to create an overview
  • you get energy from organizing and collaborating
  • you want to work with both customers and technology
  • you want to develop yourself within Safety and Security
  • you want to take responsibility
  • you want to grow within a professional organization

This is the role for people who understand that successful projects do not happen by chance. They happen because someone maintains an overview, thinks ahead, and ensures everything comes together.

The role

Work on safety that makes a difference every day.

Imagine: a hospital where fire safety must always be guaranteed. A town hall where visitors receive safe and controlled access. A football stadium where thousands of people rely on security and safety installations. Or a distribution center where continuity is crucial.

Within the Business Line Safety & Security Solutions, Bosch realizes solutions that make buildings safe, manageable, and reliable.

Think of:

Safety

  • Fire alarm systems (FAS)
  • Evacuation systems (OAI)
  • Monitoring and management systems
  • Building-related safety solutions

Security

  • CCTV and video management
  • Access control
  • Intercom systems
  • Perimeter security
  • Integrated security platforms

What do these solutions have in common? They must work when it counts. And behind every successful project stands someone who maintains an overview, sets priorities, and ensures that everyone involved can move forward.

That is where you come in.

Your role: the pivot between customer, technology, and execution.

As Project Coordinator Safety & Security Solutions, you support a portfolio of approximately 40 customers.

The assignments range from:

  • smaller tasks starting from approximately € 2,500
  • service and maintenance work
  • technical modifications
  • larger projects of € 100,000 and more

That sounds like a lot. But those tasks do not all arrive at once.

The portfolio is specifically composed of assignments with different lead times, complexity, and urgency.

Some tasks are completed within a few days. Others continue for weeks or months.

The strength of this position lies in maintaining an overview within those different flows. You ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Why this position is interesting.

You don't need to know everything about Safety and Security beforehand.

In fact:

Many colleagues start with knowledge of only one of these two fields.

Perhaps you have experience with:

fire alarm and evacuation systems

or perhaps with:

camera, access control, or security systems

Bosch finds it important that you can also develop yourself outside of your initial specialty. Do you have a background in Safety? Then you can learn Security. Do you have experience in Security? Then you can get acquainted with Safety.

In conversation, we will look together at where your strengths lie and where your development opportunities lie.

What you'll do

Project coordination & planning

  • You ensure that projects remain predictable and manageable.
  • You monitor planning, progress, and agreements
  • You support capacity and resource planning
  • You maintain an overview of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • You ensure that changes are picked up and processed in a timely manner
  • You signal risks before they impact the project

You ensure that projects keep moving forward.

Communication & coordination

  • You are the link between customer, technology, and execution.
  • You organize coordination between customers, engineers, and service technicians
  • You ensure that all involved parties have up-to-date information
  • You monitor expectations and agreements made
  • You provide correct documentation, handovers, and follow-up

Thanks to your overview, colleagues can work together efficiently.

Commercial support

  • You help projects become successful not only technically, but also organizationally.
  • You support quotations and work preparation
  • You maintain an overview of customer requests and changes
  • You contribute to a professional customer experience
  • You help make opportunities and improvements visible

You ensure that customers experience why they choose Bosch.

The environment: technical, varied, and educational

You work daily with:

  • customers
  • engineers
  • service technicians
  • project leaders
  • suppliers
  • internal specialists

No two days are the same.

One morning you are organizing a change to a fire alarm system for a hospital. The same afternoon you are coordinating an expansion of a camera system for a municipal customer.

It is precisely that combination of technology, customer contact, and coordination that makes this position so varied.

Who you are

  • You maintain an overview, even when multiple small modifications and larger projects are running simultaneously.
  • You remain calm when a customer calls, an engineer is waiting for information, and a schedule needs to be adjusted.
  • You think ahead and often see what is needed before others ask for it.
  • You communicate easily with both technical specialists and customers without a technical background.
  • You enjoy organizing things and get energy from a project that runs smoothly thanks to your efforts.
  • You are curious and want to understand how Safety and Security systems actually function.

You largely determine your own growth path

Many colleagues start with knowledge of one field. A candidate from fire safety later learns about security solutions. A candidate from security later discovers the world of fire and evacuation systems. Others grow towards project management or service coordination.

Bosch is not looking for the perfect specialist of today. Bosch is looking for people who want to develop into the specialist of tomorrow. More important is that you have technical affinity, maintain an overview, and want to learn.

About the company & team

Why working at Bosch feels different.

Bosch is not led by shareholders or quarterly targets. Bosch is a stable foundation with a focus on:

  • quality over speed
  • sustainable customer relationships
  • employee development
  • long-term cooperation
  • technology that matters

You notice that in practice.

You receive responsibility, trust, and space to develop yourself.

We also view the first year contract as a careful start to a long-term collaboration. Here, you don't need to have all the answers immediately.

In fact, we love to invest in people who want to learn.
