As a BIM Project Coordinator, you set up the project environment and ensure the smooth running of integrated projects within the design team. You guide design sessions, and making the project process more efficient step by step is essential in doing so. You enjoy setting up the 3D coordination model and bringing different disciplines together. You use this model to support the integrated design and keep it up to date via issues. You are the central point of contact and thereby fulfill a signaling and facilitating role within the project organization. Go for it!

You will join a dynamic team of BIM Project Coordinators & 4D BIM Coordinators within the Geographical Design Cluster, where you will work together with hydraulic, road, and structural designers. Within this team, you will not only contribute to projects but also work on innovations in the field of data integration and automation to continuously improve the design process. As a BIM Project Coordinator, you have a proactive attitude and ensure smooth and continuous coordination between the different disciplines (for example, bridge construction). You switch easily between stakeholders and ensure that everyone remains connected and follows the same course. In doing so, you take initiative, signal bottlenecks in a timely manner, and anticipate what the project needs to continue running efficiently.

Additionally, you are responsible for setting up the model management system, establishing working agreements for information delivery, and performing clash detection.

• Coordinating and recording agreements in the BIM execution plan and keeping this up to date in consultation with the information manager, design leader, and lead designer. As the right hand of the design leader, you ensure that these agreements are complied with.

• Following market developments in the field of 3D design and model coordination, researching needs within the organization, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the cluster.

Do you recognize yourself in the profile below and do you get enthusiastic about guiding design sessions and making the project process more efficient step by step, and do you enjoy setting up the 3D coordination model and bringing different disciplines together, and do you have:

• A completed relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• Several years of relevant work experience as a modeler, designer, or BIM coordinator on integrated projects.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software, such as Revit. - You have experience in bringing different disciplines together within a design process.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• An enormous desire to travel through the Netherlands and visit various project locations.

• A 4-weekly payment of € 3374,-- up to € 5503,-- with full-time employment (40 hours). You receive as many as 13 payments per year.
