Project Coordinator

• mbo or hbo work and thinking level, preferably in infrastructure technology, civil engineering (GWW), or similar;

• At least 2+ years of work experience as a site planner or project coordinator in infrastructure technology or civil engineering (GWW);

• You have demonstrable work experience in independently realizing the preparation, guidance, and execution of complex projects in technical and organizational areas;

• Experience with RAW and UAV-GC contracts is a plus;

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.71 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• With an eye toward a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately;

You are the linchpin between design, execution, and the client, ensuring that complex infrastructure projects run smoothly from tender to completion.

As a project coordinator, you are the right hand of the project manager and the point of contact for all disciplines. You:

-Direct the preparation process and monitor planning, budget, and quality;

-Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align activities with execution, engineering, and subcontractors;

-Advise on technical content and think along about smart, sustainable solutions;

-Take responsibility for risk management, contract monitoring, and documentation;

-Mentor junior site planners and act as a sparring partner for project management;

-Ensure that the project runs smoothly administratively and organizationally;

Actively contribute to innovation and process improvement within our organization.

Projects with sustainable and innovative perspectives (such as CO₂ reduction, circular application, digitalization). Projects with integral chain collaboration and the management of sub-projects within management-maintenance contracts (DBFM / D&C). You will be working at Dura Vermeer Infra North West region. Our (head) office is located in Cruquius, North Holland; additionally, we have regional offices in Almere, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, and Oude Meer. Anyone driving through the working area of Dura Vermeer Infra North West region drives a loop around the IJsselmeer. From Texel via Amsterdam and Het Gooi to Flevoland. In this region, we build roads, bridges, and sewers. But also quays, fly-overs, and runways. Furthermore, we are strong in long-term management and maintenance contracts. Sustainability plays an important role for us in all cases.
