Junior Project Leader Structural Engineering

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering;

• At least 5 years of experience as a structural engineer, preferably with structural engineering;

• Strong communicator, analytical, stress-resistant, and able to distinguish main issues from side issues;

• Good command of the Dutch language.

The opportunity to make the step from the position of structural engineer to that of project leader. We will guide you throughout this process so that within a year you are working as an independent project leader.

As a Junior Project Leader Structural Engineering, you are an indispensable link in this process. You monitor the project from A to Z: from planning and budget to communication between internal and external parties such as structural engineers, architects, installation consultants, and clients.

Your important tasks and responsibilities:

• Taking leadership over the design process of structural engineering;

• Coordinating internal project teams and external partners;

• Chairing project team meetings and design discussions;

• Monitoring budget, planning, and quality;

• Working on 5 to 10 projects simultaneously, varying in scale up to €100,000 in turnover.

Within a year, you will grow fully into your role as a project leader, with guidance tailored to your experience. You will work in an experienced team with short lines of communication and an informal culture, where knowledge sharing is central.
