From the first site visit to delivery, there lies your result: You ensure that people, planning, and execution come together at the right time.
As a New Construction Elevator Supervisor, you will guide approximately 75 projects per year in the Apeldoorn - Deventer region. On average, you are on-site 4 days per week and spend 1 day on preparation, planning, and internal coordination.
You are therefore close to the execution, communicating extensively with contractors and technicians, and seeing the direct result of your work.
You do not need to have the answer to everything yourself. Precisely as a Supervisor, you know whom to involve, when to coordinate, and how to ensure a project moves forward. That combination gives you a lot of freedom, variety, and ownership.
No two days and no two projects are the same. One morning you might walk through a construction site with a site manager to assess whether everything is ready for installation. Later that day, you might discuss progress with a technician or solve a bottleneck together with colleagues.
More importantly, you are decisive, accessible, and solution-oriented. You approach people when necessary, but also know how to create collaboration.
What do you get from us?
Do you recognize yourself in a large part of this profile, but not in everything? Then please do apply. We look not only at your current experience, but also at what you can learn and contribute.
You work on dozens of projects that you actually see being created. You walk onto a construction site where work is still in full swing and later see a fully installed elevator that is delivered safely and according to agreement. There lies your result: You have ensured that people, planning, and execution came together at the right time.
Ready for your next project? Would you like to be outside a lot, carry responsibility for your own projects, and work in a position where technology, construction, and people come together? Then we would love to meet you!
