At Bosch Energy & Building Technologies, you work on safety and security solutions for buildings and infrastructure. You ensure that technology, people, planning, and documentation come together at the right time.

You are not a classic project manager. You are the technical coordinator who understands what needs to happen on-site — and who ensures that everyone can move forward.

You work on projects with real impact: fire safety, security, monitoring, and critical building technology. You will receive responsibility, overview, and the space to think along technically, without being judged solely on the commercial side.

You operate where technology, overview, and progress converge. 

As Project Coordinator Safety & Security, you are the substantive and organizational hub within our projects. You are not a classic Project Manager, but a technically strong coordinator who understands how safety & security systems work and ensures that everything comes together.

You monitor progress, organize coordination, align capacity, and help manage risks. Through your insight into technology and processes, engineers, contractors, and partners can do their jobs well — and projects are realized safely and predictably.

• Monitor the progress, quality, and cohesion of safety & security projects
• Organize and lead consultations with engineers, execution, and partners

Understand the technology behind safety & security products and think along regarding choices and changes

• Coordinate and monitor modifications and adjustments
• Work according to established processes and standards
• Signal risks in a timely manner and help mitigate them
• Ensure that documentation, changes, and handovers proceed correctly
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects run smoothly
• Act according to applicable rules for safety, health, and well-being (ARBO & VCA)

You have an MBO or HBO level in electrical engineering or ICT. You understand safety and security systems and work in a structured manner. Experience with BMI, OAI, CCTV, or similar systems helps. You do not need to be a heavy project manager, but you must be someone who maintains an overview, takes initiative, and communicates clearly.

You are someone who holds the whole together.
