Project Coordinator E/W | Bosman

As Project Coordinator E/W at Bosman, you coordinate the realization of unique projects with high-end technical installations. You manage the preparation, coordination, and technical substantiation of these installations. You have a connecting role within the team and are the right hand of the project manager. You switch effortlessly between execution on-site and the team in the office. You ensure that everything is available and arranged at the right time. In this way, you keep the process tightly organized and ensure a smooth flow of the project.

You support both the engineer and the project manager, prepare and check quotes, discuss these with clients, and check drawings for accuracy and feasibility. You work closely with the other disciplines and ensure that materials and information are available on time. You maintain contact with subcontractors and suppliers and consult with the execution team regarding what is technically required and what is practically feasible. You tackle bottlenecks independently and make decisions about matters that need to be arranged in the short term. At the same time, you are given a lot of freedom to organize your own work and take personal responsibility.

You will join a young and dynamic project team in the Fit-out department, where hard work is paired with having a lot of fun together. As part of the fit-out team, you work on various projects involving smart, sustainable installations. No two days are the same: you realize technical solutions for special clients in unique buildings. Fit-out provides the technical implementation of tenant requirements, such as large kitchens, meeting rooms, and offices. You will work on an average of four projects simultaneously, which requires quick thinking, overview, and stress resistance.

Your duties:

• Checking drawings and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinating project schedules and delivery times with all stakeholders.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions within the project team.
• Assessing components, materials, and technical principles.
• Coordinating work preparation, engineering, BIM modeling, and execution.
• Determining material requirements based on orders, forecasts, and the assignment.
• Supporting execution with technical knowledge and project information.

• Mbo+ work and thinking level in a technical field.
• Demonstrable experience with project coordination.
• Familiarity with safety standards, VCA, ISO, and quality procedures.
• Accuracy, stress resistance, and strong organizational skills.
• Technical insight and knowledge of building-bound installations.
• Strong communication skills.

• A gross salary between € 3,700 - € 4,300 per month based on full-time employment, depending on your experience.
