The role

As Project Leader Installation Technology (E/W), you are responsible for the successful realization of electrotechnical and mechanical installation projects. You coordinate the activities, monitor the planning and the budget, and ensure that all parties involved work together well. From the initial preparation to the final delivery: you are in control.

What you'll do

As Project Leader Installation Technology, you are the connecting link between clients, colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors. You ensure that projects are executed technically well, within the schedule, and according to the agreements made.

Your responsibilities include

Preparing, organizing, and supervising electrotechnical and mechanical installation projects.
Monitoring the project planning, progress, quality, and financial results.
Leading, guiding, and supporting technicians and other involved colleagues.
Maintaining contacts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Coordinating the necessary materials, resources, and activities.
Maintaining and monitoring the project administration and budgets.
Identifying bottlenecks and adjusting in a timely manner where necessary.
Thinking along about technical solutions and improvements within projects.
Ensuring good cooperation and satisfied clients.

No project is the same. One day you are consulting with a client about progress, the next day you are coordinating activities with your colleagues or thinking along about a technical challenge. You ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and that projects run smoothly.

What do you bring?

You are an organizationally strong professional with technical insight. You know how to align people and activities, communicate clearly, and maintain an overview even with multiple ongoing projects.

In addition, you possess:

Experience within electrotechnical and/or mechanical installation technology.
Preferably experience as a project leader, work preparer, or in a similar coordinating role.
Technical insight and affinity with installation projects.
A proactive, structured, and customer-oriented way of working.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Affinity with automation and digital systems.
Driving license B.
