• MBO 4 with a technical background and relevant experience, or HBO in a technical/business administration direction.
• Several years of experience coordinating technical projects, preferably in infra or electrical engineering.
• Financial and commercial insight.
• Affinity with public lighting and/or traffic control systems.

• Knowledge of RAW/UAV is a plus.
• You are a strong communicator, practically minded, and love to roll up your sleeves.

• A good salary ranging between 4000,- and 6569,- depending on experience.
• 40 hours per week.
• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days.

As a Project Coordinator at SWARCO RPS, you are the link between the client, work preparation, execution, suppliers, and colleagues. You maintain oversight, adjust as needed, and ensure that projects run smoothly from order to completion.

• You coordinate projects from start to completion.
• You maintain control over planning, quality, costs, and results.
• You are the point of contact for our clients.
• You liaise with work preparers, technicians, engineers, and suppliers.
• You monitor contract agreements and identify risks, deviations, and opportunities.
• You ensure that materials, people, and resources are available on time.
• You think along about how we can do things smarter and better tomorrow.

In short: you ensure everything is correct before it happens outside and that it continues to go well along the way.

You work from Breda and are visible to our customers and colleagues in the region. You know your projects, know what is happening, and take responsibility. You don't have to be able to do everything yourself. However, you do know who you need to get it done.
