• An MBO 4 education with an electrotechnical background and at least 5 years of work experience, or an HBO background in a technical or business administration direction with relevant work experience.

• Experience in coordinating technical projects, preferably within infrastructure or electrotechnics.

• Experience with traffic control systems is a plus. More importantly, you understand the technical world, show ownership, and ensure that people, resources, and planning come together.

• Financial and commercial insight and a sense for contract agreements.

• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.

• Basic knowledge of RAW/UAV, or the willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area.

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,992 and € 6,569 based on 40 hours, depending on your education and experience.

At SWARCO Regional Projects & Services (RPS) in Zoetermeer, you will coordinate projects that contribute to safer traffic and better flow. You liaise with clients, suppliers, and execution teams, adjust where necessary, and ensure that agreements are met. You not only hold the reins but also ensure that projects move forward.

As Project Coordinator, you are the hub between preparation, execution, and the client. You ensure that projects start well-prepared, monitor progress, and maintain control over planning, quality, and finances. You know what is happening, anticipate changes, and intervene when necessary.

You look beyond just the technology. You also make a difference commercially and financially. You monitor contract agreements, identify opportunities, and ensure that projects not only run smoothly but also deliver the desired result.

In short: you create the conditions under which execution can perform optimally. You maintain an overview, take responsibility, and ensure that projects are successful for both our clients and SWARCO.

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor projects from start to delivery.

• Bear responsibility for the planning, quality, costs, and financial results of projects and contracts.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and actively build sustainable customer relationships.

• Prepare quotes, purchase materials and services, and ensure that permits and execution documents are available on time.

• Identify risks and deviations in a timely manner, monitor contract agreements, and ensure clear project administration.

• Coordinate capacity together with the execution team and continuously look for opportunities to organize processes more smartly and efficiently.

You are a Project Coordinator who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, and maintains an overview, even when the planning changes or the pressure increases. You switch easily between technology, finance, and client contact and know how to get different parties on the same page.
