As Workshop Manager, you will lead the panel building department in Assen. You ensure that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule, and you monitor the quality of the final product. In doing so, you maintain an overview of capacity, progress, and staffing, and you make timely adjustments when necessary.

You are visibly present on the shop floor and work closely with project leaders, engineers, and work preparers to successfully realize projects. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you are able to read and assess electrotechnical diagrams and you support the team with substantive issues where necessary.

In addition to daily management, you make an active contribution to improving and standardizing processes. You see opportunities to work smarter, safer, and more efficiently and know how to involve colleagues in this.

At the same time, you play an important role in the development of employees, apprentices, and interns. You stimulate craftsmanship, share knowledge, and ensure that colleagues are given the space to further develop themselves.
