Project Coordinator in the Netherlands

Are you highly experienced in all facets of work preparation for civil engineering projects? At Van Hattum en Blankevoort North region (North Holland and Utrecht), we are looking for a project coordinator for the Gemaal Oostoever project. Will you help build the next challenge in the field of water safety?

We are looking for a project coordinator with a passion for the profession. Within our projects, you bear the responsibility for preparing and supervising our civil engineering works, both in the tender and execution phases. You determine what the most efficient working method is and work this out with the team. In doing so, you stimulate the use of various BIM possibilities and adhere to the stated requirements. For now, we are looking for reinforcement for this specific project, but after completion, we would love to deploy you for one of our other projects (mobility and urban construction).

Furthermore, you are actively involved in safety and environmental standards and apply them. You contribute through our WAVE values, so that the project can be realized in a safe manner. This also applies to the collaboration with the subcontractors and suppliers with whom you are in contact. You prepare material deliveries and coordinate subcontractors and equipment deployment. Finally, you monitor the contract and costs, identify and register extra and less work, and demonstrate entrepreneurship within your field.

Finally, you demonstrate entrepreneurship within your field and, with your knowledge (via the professional group), contribute to the development of work preparation within the entire organization. In addition to that, you support work preparers in their development.

• You have an affinity with BIM, 4D, and BI tooling

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the work preparation of civil engineering projects

• A completed (technical) education at HBO level or higher, for example civil engineering or built environment
