The role

Requirements

You are a psychiatrist with an affinity for youth and adolescents.
Experience with crisis intervention and complex issues is a plus.
You enjoy thinking along about innovation and the improvement of care.
You are a connector, work in a system-oriented manner, and keep a cool head in challenging situations.

Registration as a child and adolescent psychiatrist is not required, but affinity with the target group is essential.

What we offer you

Scaling in accordance with the AMS regulation. The salary amounts to a minimum of €6691 and a maximum of €11292 for a full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience.
A contract of preferably 8 to 16 hours per week with a view to a longer collaboration.

About the company & team

Are you a psychiatrist who believes in person-centered care and enjoys working with youth and young adults? Then HELDR and Aalsterveld need you!

Due to expansion and collaboration between HELDR (specialist youth mental healthcare in Nijmegen) and Aalsterveld (psychology practice in Beuningen), we are looking for a psychiatrist to join our team. You will work with young people aged 12 to 24 and contribute to high-quality, outpatient care. Within HELDR, the focus lies on innovation, group-oriented treatment, and a systemic approach. At Aalsterveld, you will work in a multidisciplinary team with attention to psychological issues in their full breadth.

The position can be filled flexibly:

8-16 hours at HELDR Nijmegen
12-16 hours at Aalsterveld Beuningen
Total: 28-32 hours per week (negotiable)

You will be employed by Vincent van Gogh and work in teams that are fully in development. There is room for your own input, collaboration, and the shaping of excellent care.
