Care to Change is looking for a dedicated psychiatrist for our location in Hilversum, on the Arendstraat.

As a psychiatrist, you play a central role within the treatment process for adults in specialized mental healthcare (GGZ).
Drawing from your psychiatric expertise, you provide direction to diagnostics, treatment policy, and pharmacotherapy for clients with complex and multiple issues, such as personality disorders, trauma, and anxiety and mood complaints.
Additionally, there is room to provide treatment, if that aligns with your expertise and wishes.
You work closely with various disciplines within a multidisciplinary team, in which connection, craftsmanship, and substantive collaboration are central.

From our holistic vision, we look at the client as a whole. We consciously combine talk therapy and occupational therapy, where thinking, feeling, and doing are interconnected.

The position of psychiatrist is filled as an independent contractor (zzp) or as an interim professional.

• You apply your psychiatric expertise to complex treatment issues and provide direction to appropriate care.

• You contribute to coherent, recovery-oriented care for clients with complex and multiple issues.

• You are given the space to make substantive choices based on your professional responsibility.

• You work together within a multidisciplinary team in which different expertises come together.

• You remain professionally sharp through collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues.

• shaping treatment policy and monitoring the coherence, quality, and continuity of care

• contributing psychiatric expertise during intake, indication setting, and evaluation of treatments

• participating in multidisciplinary consultation and providing direction to treatment

• performing psychiatric diagnostics and pharmacotherapy

• periodic on-call shifts during office hours

• ensuring careful reporting in the EHR

You work only during office hours and have no evening or weekend shifts.

You work within an organization with dedicated professionals who collaborate across different disciplines on complex care questions.

As a psychiatrist, you work together with other lead practitioners, talk therapists, occupational therapists, case managers, and medical secretaries. Together, you ensure a careful treatment process in which everyone's expertise is utilized.

The lines of communication are short and there is room for substantive coordination with colleagues from different disciplines.

In the case of a ZZP assignment, there is independent execution, personal responsibility, and no relationship of authority.
We assess the collaboration against the applicable legislation (Wet DBA and VBAR).

• an hourly rate between €167.50 and €187.50
