Requirements
What we're looking for
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
The role
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
This assignment runs for a longer period, 21 hours per week, at one location in Den Helder. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
How you'll work
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.
What you will do
As a supervisor, you support children during their daily activities, care, and development. Your duties include, among others:
- Providing taking-over, directing, and supportive ADL care
- Guiding children with EMB and/or MVG during daily activities
- Providing structure, safety, and personal support
- Stimulating development and independence, matching the possibilities of each child
- Observing and signaling changes and coordinating with colleagues regarding the guidance
You will be working within an orthopedagogical day center (ODC) for children with a disability for whom participation in regular education is not always possible. The guidance is focused on providing appropriate developmental opportunities, where fun, safety, and personal attention are central.
The day center consists of several groups and features various facilities, including a gym, play area, and sensory room. Additionally, children can play outside in a protected environment and activities such as swimming are organized.
Where possible, connections are sought with regular facilities, such as a toddler playgroup, daycare, or school. Support is tailored to the individual possibilities and developmental needs of each child.
You build a bond with the same clients and you see what your guidance achieves. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance. You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 40: €2,893
to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 supervisor, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
