Working together on growth and development. That is what the Protected Home team in Zeist stands for. As a personal support worker, you help clients achieve more stability and independence in their own living environment. You draw up support plans, implement them, and coordinate the care surrounding your clients. In doing so, you maintain close contact with colleagues and external partners. Where necessary, you also provide practical support, for example with household tasks. The bond of trust that you build with clients forms the basis of your work. Additionally, you ensure careful reporting and administration. This concerns a temporary position to cover maternity leave from October through February.
