It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

You will be working in a small-scale residential setting where a small group of young adult clients lives. There is intensive guidance due to chronic complex issues and a high care indication. The clients have a heavy history involving admissions to judicial or treatment institutions, which requires a professional, steadfast, and empathetic approach. You will work closely with colleagues within a dedicated team.

As a caregiver, you provide daily support to young adult clients with intensive care needs. Your duties include:

• Guiding clients in daily life
• Providing structure, clarity, and presence
• Dealing with complex issues such as ID (Intellectual Disability), psychiatric disorders, and addiction
• Supporting with practical matters and ADL where necessary
• Identifying changes in behavior and well-being and discussing these with the team

You work methodically and contribute to a safe and stable living environment.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• An mbo caregiver diploma or Verzorgende IG, level 3 or 4
• Experience with or affinity for clients with complex and multiple issues
• You know how to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience within disability care is a plus
