We have multiple assignments open within Mental Healthcare (GGZ), varying in target group, level of care, and setting. Together, we will look at which assignment best suits you.

As a supervisor within Mental Healthcare, you provide support to clients with diverse psychiatric and psychosocial needs. Depending on the chosen assignment, you guide clients in their daily functioning, support them in establishing structure, and contribute to their recovery process. You create a safe and stable environment and know how to handle different situations and behaviors.

• Guiding daily activities and establishing structure.
• Supporting recovery and increasing self-reliance.
• Observing and identifying changes in behavior and well-being.
• Acting adequately in various, sometimes challenging, situations.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with the Mental Healthcare Collective Labor Agreement (CAO), classification in function group 45: €3,180 to €4,273 gross per month based on 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026. Classification depends on your diploma and your experience.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €41.60 per hour.

• Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A completed MBO level 4 or HBO education in the field of care or welfare.
• Good communication skills and the ability to switch gears quickly.
• A calm and professional attitude, even under pressure, with which you offer clients the necessary peace and security.
• Experience within psychiatry is a plus.
