Portfolio Manager Customer and Network Strategy

You know how to maintain an overview in complex change environments and bring people, interests, and initiatives together. You combine strategic insight with execution power and know how to quickly translate ideas into concrete plans and results. In addition, you switch effortlessly between different organizational levels and create support for change.

• At least 7 years of experience with portfolio and/or program management within a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management and realizing change trajectories at a strategic level.

• At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A gross monthly salary between € 7,091 and € 10,413 (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience. Pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium, and 20 vacation days.
• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 14% (including 8% holiday allowance) (depending on the scale you enter). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or vacation days. You can see how this works in our calculation tool.
• A laptop and phone, or € 30 net per month if you use your own phone.
• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day.

As portfolio manager for central customer and network strategy, you drive organization-wide change and help Stedin accelerate the energy transition.

The energy transition requires smart choices, collaboration, and a strong change organization. As portfolio manager for central customer and network strategy, you lead the joint change portfolio of Customer and Asset Management. You monitor priorities, dependencies, and change capacity, ensuring that initiatives contribute to Stedin's strategic goals. In doing so, you play a key role in developing new capabilities, such as managing grid capacity bottlenecks and the further digitalization of our networks.

• You discuss the progress of strategic change initiatives within the portfolio with directors, program managers, and stakeholders.
• You assess priorities, dependencies, and capacity, and translate these into clear decision-making and scenarios.
• You represent the portfolio in the central portfolio alignment with the other Stedin portfolio managers and the Change Board.
• You map out the impact, risks, and consequences of change initiatives and advise on these at board level.
• You ensure that strategic goals, objectives, and key results align with the available change capacity of the organization.

• This position is for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week.
